INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large bananas
- 3/4 cup vegetables oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
STEP BY STEP:
- Heat oven to 325°. Grease two loaf size pans, or use cooking spray
- Mix bananas, sugar, oil & eggs
- Add remaining ingredients & mix well
- Pour into pans 2/3 full & bake for 1 hour, or until done
- Cool before slicing.
