INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 can Whole Berry Cranbery Sauce drained -save liquid
- 1 egg
- grated rind from one orange
- juice from one orange
STEP BY STEP:
- Cream butter, sugar, egg & rind. Stir in juice & cranberry liquid
- Stir in, all at once, remaining ingredients until just blended. Pour into greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf\bread pan
- Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour. Cool, and served.
