INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cup sliced peeled apples
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 ea eggs
