INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 14 oz eagle brand condensed milk
  • 5 cups flaked coconut
  • 2 tsp vanilla

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Heat oven 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine coconut, condensed milk and extracts; mix well
  2. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto generously greased baking sheet
  3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. Immediately remove to cooling rack
  4. Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
