INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 14 oz eagle brand condensed milk
- 5 cups flaked coconut
- 2 tsp vanilla
STEP BY STEP:
- Heat oven 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine coconut, condensed milk and extracts; mix well
- Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto generously greased baking sheet
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. Immediately remove to cooling rack
- Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
