INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ounce canned pumpkin
  • 1 can sweet condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup pure NH maple syrup
  • 2 lb stoneyfield yogurt

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl
  2. Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in milk
  3. Bake in a casserole dish set in a water bath at 350 degrees for about 1 hour
  4. Let cool, add maple syrup, and then combine with 2 pounds good quality yogurt.
