INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- 15 ounce canned pumpkin
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- 1/3 cup pure NH maple syrup
- 2 lb stoneyfield yogurt
STEP BY STEP:
- Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl
- Beat eggs lightly in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in milk
- Bake in a casserole dish set in a water bath at 350 degrees for about 1 hour
- Let cool, add maple syrup, and then combine with 2 pounds good quality yogurt.
