INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pint yoghurt
- 2 ripe bananas
STEP BY STEP:
- Place the yoghurt in a mixing bowl, and whip lightly.
- Slice the bananas in 1/2 inch slices.
- Add to the yoghurt with the cayenne, sugar, and lemon juice.
