INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pint yoghurt
  • 2 ripe bananas

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Place the yoghurt in a mixing bowl, and whip lightly.
  2. Slice the bananas in 1/2 inch slices.
  3. Add to the yoghurt with the cayenne, sugar, and lemon juice.
