INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated peeled Granny Smith (hard) apple
- 1 cup diced Granny Smith (hard) apple
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs beaten
STEP BY STEP:
- Mix dry ingredients together then add to wet ingredients which have been mixed together first.
- After all mixed, add 1 cup canned sour cherries. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
- When out of oven for 5 minutes, dip first in melted butter then in white sugar and cinnamon mixture
