INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup ground oats
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
Beaten Together:
- 3 tsp oil
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp baking powder
STEP BY STEP:
- Combine oats, baking soda and 1 1/2 cups water; let stand for 5 minutes.
- Combine ground oats, sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and salt. Add to this beaten together oil, water and baking powder and beat well. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a hot greased griddle.
- Bake to a golden brown, turning once.
