INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
  • 4 eggs

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Beat 4 eggs until frothy.
  2. Add dry mixture. Add corn syrup, melted butter, orange rind, vanilla and the quick oats. Mix well.
  3. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
