INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts; chopped
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup apple; chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter; melted
  • cinnamon & nutmeg

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Beat together egg, sugar, vanilla and melted butter (can add up to 3 tbsp melted butter).
  2. Stir in sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Add chopped apple, nuts and cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.
  3. Put in greased pie plate and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. So good!!
