INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup nuts; chopped
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup apple; chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter; melted
- cinnamon & nutmeg
STEP BY STEP:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Beat together egg, sugar, vanilla and melted butter (can add up to 3 tbsp melted butter).
- Stir in sifted flour, salt and baking powder. Add chopped apple, nuts and cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.
- Put in greased pie plate and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. So good!!
