INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Bacon,chopped
- 1 each Onion; chopped
- 8 each Large eggs,beaten
- 1 lb Potatoes,peeled and grated
- 2 3/4 cup Grated sharp cheddar
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
STEP BY STEP:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9 x 13" glass baking dish.
- Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp. Drain well.
- Combine eggs with potatoes and cheese. Mix in bacon. Pour, evenly, into baking dish.
- Bake about 45 minutes or until center is set.
