INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2/3 cup rice flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch flour
- 1 tbsp potato flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp melted shortening
- 1 tsp salt
STEP BY STEP:
- Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water, and add sugar
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well
- Add the rest of water until it is the consistency of thick batter
- Grease pizza pan and pour dough into center and spread around evenly
- Add toppings and cook at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
