  • 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cups bread flour

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Place ingredients in pan in order listed.
  2. Select WHITE DOUGH cycle.
  3. Makes 2 12-in regular crust pizzas or 1 16-in deep dish pizza.
  4. Bake 18-20 minutes or until crust is light brown at 400 F.
