INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cup coarse bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 square unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Heat milk and butter in saucepan until hot
  2. Pour over bread cubes. Cool
  3. Add in the sugar, chocolate, eggs, vanilla and salt
  4. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quartcasserole
  5. Bake at 350F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
