INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup white rum
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in cold then hot water, cool until partially set
  2. Whip cream, then add to gelatin with sugar, rum and vanilla
  3. Pour into individual molds or large bowl. Refrigerate.
