Grilled Chile Wings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 4 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 scotch bonnet or habanero chile, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 24 chicken wings
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Carrot and celery sticks
  • Salt

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Use side burner or preheat grill
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and let boil for 2 minutes
  3. Remove from heat, pour into a large bowl and let cool
  4. Add chicken wings to the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours
  5. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through
  6. Serve with celery and carrot sticks.

TIPS:

You can use shrimps, salmon. To vanish the fishy smell put some extra garlic and pineapple juice. If you want some fresh sour, just add some lemon extract too.
