As much of your favorite berry as you can get
- Lots Of Sugar
- Lots Of Water
STEP BY STEP:
- First measure your fruit
- Now slightly bruise them, then to every gallon of berries add one quart of boiling water
- Let this stand for a day and a night, gently stirring on occasion
- Next strain of the juice into a large non-metallic container
- For every gallon add two pounds of sugar
- Allow this to stand with a loose lid, and ferment, at a warm temp. for at least four months.
