INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz beer
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup light canola oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan over low heat
  2. Cook until thoroughly dissolved
  3. Mop over brisket ever hour until brisket is cooked
  4. Brisket will take 1 to 1.25 hours per pound in a smoker at about 200-220 degrees.
