INGREDIENTS:
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
STEP BY STEP:
- Heat chocolate pieces, coffee, cinnamon and salt over medium heat in a large sucepan
- Stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth
- Add milk; heat through, stirring occasionally, but do not boil]
- Stir in vanilla. Just before serving, beat with rotary beater until foamy.
Soak on ten serving glasses. Serve.
