INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cup chunks ripe mango or pineapple or fresh peaches
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process at high speed for about 1 minute. Pour through a strainer and serve over crushed ice.
