INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 scant tbsp instant espresso
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp brandy extract
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup heavy cream
STEP BY STEP:
Mix together the espresso, cocoa, cinnamon, and sugar. Stir in 1/4 cup boiling water. Let mixture cool. Stir in remaining ingredients and let chill. Place ingredients into ice cream maker and freeze, according to maker's directions.
