INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup apple, peeled , cored & sectioned
- 3 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup 100% All-Brand cereal
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
STEP BY STEP:
- Freeze 2 1/2 cups milk in a cube tray overnight. Put the bran, cinnamon, vanilla and fruit into a blender
- Add the remaining 1/2 cup milk. Blend for 20 seconds. Continue blending slowly, adding one at a time, two-thirds of the frozen milk cubes.
TIPS:
Fresh strawberries, bananas, pears or peaches can be used too.
