INGREDIENTS:
- 16 ounce fruit cocktail in syrup, chilled
- 6 ounce frozen limeade concentrate
- 8 ounce low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 4 ice cubes
- Lime slices, for garnish
STEP BY STEP:
Place fruit cocktail and syrup, limeade concentrate or lemonade or orange concentrate, and yogurt in blender. Mixture until smooth with medium speed. Increase speed to high and drop ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in blender cover. Process until ice is crushed. Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately.
