INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces
  2. Put other ingredients into a Ziploc bag, seal, and shake to mix
  3. Drop a couple of pieces of the chicken into the corn meal mixture, seal the bag, and shake to coat
  4. Remove to plate. Repeat until all of the chicken is coated
  5. These can be fried in a deep fryer, in a skillet, or sprayed with PAM and baked at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 1 1/2 lb beef round steak
  • 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • A few dashes of pepper to tasteGravy Sauce: 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • pepper to taste

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Pound the round steak very thin and cut into serving portions. In a small bowl mix together egg and milk
  2. In a separate shallow bowl mix together flour and breadcrumbs. In a skillet heat 1/4 cup of cooking oil
  3. Cook the round steak on all sides until brown. Season with salt and pepper
  4. To make gravy sauce: In a saucepan blend together 2 tablespoons of oil and flour. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gradually pour in milk. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Pour over round steak. Cook 3-5 minutes till thoroughly heated.

  • 2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 tbsp cayenne
  • 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 quart cold soda water
  • 4 single chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • salt to taste

STEP BY STEP:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne and sesame seeds
  2. Whisk in the soda until a pancake batter consistency is achieved
  3. Dip the chicken fingers individually in the batter and fry until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
