INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup margarine
- vanilla extract to taste
STEP BY STEP:
- Cook cocoa with water and sugar, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add margarine stirring until dissolved. Add vanilla.
- Pour "frosting" on the cake.
