INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lb pig's feet/trotters
- 1/2 lb scallions
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 6 piece hot chillies
- 1/4 inch ginger
STEP BY STEP:
Chop trotters into small pieces, add salt and boil until thoroughly until cooked. Remember to leave some amount of gravy from the boiling. Then add scallion, and ground ginger and garlic.
