INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp vetsin powder
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
STEP BY STEP:
- Wash wings with lime, rinse and pat dry. Cut into pieces at joints and discard wing tips
- Combine remaining ingredients for sauce
- Pour sauce over wings in bowl and marinate in refrigerator overnight
- Turn wings in marinade once or twice. Pour sauce over wings
- Bake in 325 degrees F oven for 90 minutes
- Spread wings in 9 x 13 baking pan. Do not overlap. Delicious as an appetizer, but also good as a main course with fried rice or chow mein.
