INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp chopped orange peel
- cabbage, lettuce, or similar leaves
STEP BY STEP:
- Filling: Mix ground beef, 1, corianders and orange peel thoroughly until the meat is sticky then marinate it for 10 minutes
- Squeeze 1 portion of the filling (1/24) into a ball
- Dip a spoon in water then use the spoon to remove the meatball
- Place the meatball on a leaf. Follow step 2 for the remaining filling
- Arrange the meatballs in a steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
