INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chopped orange peel
  • cabbage, lettuce, or similar leaves

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Filling: Mix ground beef, 1, corianders and orange peel thoroughly until the meat is sticky then marinate it for 10 minutes
  2. Squeeze 1 portion of the filling (1/24) into a ball
  3. Dip a spoon in water then use the spoon to remove the meatball
  4. Place the meatball on a leaf. Follow step 2 for the remaining filling
  5. Arrange the meatballs in a steamer and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
