Steamed Chicken With Lup Chong

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lb boneless chicken leg meat medium diced
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp gin
  • 3 tbsp shoyu
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • 2 eggs

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Marinate chicken meat with cornstarch, garlic, ginger, shoyu, green onions, sugar, gin and eggs
  2. Mix all together. Then place in pyrex or steam bowl and lay Lup Chong on top of chicken mixture
  3. Steam about 25-30 minutes. Garnish with lots of ginger and Chinese parsley.
