INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small green bell pepper cut into 1/2" strips
- 1 small red bell pepper cut into 1/2" strips
- 1 small onion cut into thin strips, julienne
- 1 stalk celery cut into thin strips, julienne
- 8 oz beef cut into strips
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/4 cup Dashi or chicken broth
- 1 tbsp shoyu
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cup soft noodles or rice
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch in 1 tbsp water
- pinch salt & pepper
STEP BY STEP:
- Heat oil in wok until just smoking
- Add beef, onions, celery. Cook about 1 minute
- Add bell peppers, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, dashi, shoyu, oyster sauce and cook about 3 minutes or more, being careful not to overcook the meat
- Last add cornstarch mixture to thicken. Pour over noodles or rice.
