INGREDIENTS:

  • 7 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup GF soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice or apple cedar vinegar
  • 1 cube GF chicken bouillon
  • 1 whole chicken cut in chinese style pieces
  • 1/2 large onion
  • bay leaves, optional
  • ground pepper or pepper corn

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix everything and put in a medium pot. Let it boil until it is almost dry. If you want it more sour
  2. Add more vinegar. If you want it more salty
  3. Add more soy sauce. Serve.
