INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 cups milk
  • 3 cups raisins, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon to taste
  • 4 tbsp cornmeal
  • 2 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Cook cornmeal slowly in the milk until it appears creamy
  2. Add sugar and raisins to the beaten eggs
  3. Add spices last. Open little places in the pudding and pour in the cream
  4. Cook slow for 4 to 6 hours until done.
