INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 oz creamed corn
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp melted margarine
  • 1 cup cornflakes, crushed to 1/2 cup
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Blend together creamed corn, eggs, and salt. Spoon into greased casserole
  2. Pour melted margarine over corn mixture. Sprinkle top with crushed cornflakes
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serves.
