INGREDIENTS:
- 16 oz creamed corn
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp melted margarine
- 1 cup cornflakes, crushed to 1/2 cup
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
STEP BY STEP:
- Blend together creamed corn, eggs, and salt. Spoon into greased casserole
- Pour melted margarine over corn mixture. Sprinkle top with crushed cornflakes
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serves.
