INGREDIENTS:
Spices :
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 3/4 tbsp corriander powder
- 3/4 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- salt
Vegetables :
- 1 big onion
- 2 big tomatoes
- potatoes, beans, carrot and peas
- 4 to 5 spoons of sour cream
STEP BY STEP:
- Boil the tomatoes, peel the skin and cut them into small pieces,set aside
- Boil the cut salted vegetables separately and strain, set aside
- Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them until they are lightly brown
- Add the tomatoes and fry them until it becomes a little pasty
- Add the spices and turn it around for 2 minutes
- Add the boiled vegetables
- Add the strained water to get whatever consistency you want.
- Add 4 to 5 spoons of sour cream, keep it in low flame for 2 minutes.
