INGREDIENTS:

    Spices :

  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tbsp corriander powder
  • 3/4 tbsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • salt

    Vegetables :

  • 1 big onion
  • 2 big tomatoes
  • potatoes, beans, carrot and peas
  • 4 to 5 spoons of sour cream

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Boil the tomatoes, peel the skin and cut them into small pieces,set aside
  2. Boil the cut salted vegetables separately and strain, set aside
  3. Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them until they are lightly brown
  4. Add the tomatoes and fry them until it becomes a little pasty
  5. Add the spices and turn it around for 2 minutes
  6. Add the boiled vegetables
  7. Add the strained water to get whatever consistency you want.
  8. Add 4 to 5 spoons of sour cream, keep it in low flame for 2 minutes.
