INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb meat
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp coriander paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp diced garlic
  • 3 ea green chili
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil

STEP BY STEP:

  1. In hot oil, stir fry the onions and garlic
  2. Add the spices and vinegar and stir fry for 5 minutes in medium-high heat
  3. Add the meat and cooked covered in medium heat until meat is tender.
