INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb meat
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp coriander paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp diced garlic
- 3 ea green chili
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup oil
STEP BY STEP:
- In hot oil, stir fry the onions and garlic
- Add the spices and vinegar and stir fry for 5 minutes in medium-high heat
- Add the meat and cooked covered in medium heat until meat is tender.
