Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 ea cucumber, large
  • 1 ea onion, med
  • 1 ea thai chile
  • 1/4 cup vinegar, white
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers, onions, chile.
  2. Place on a bowl the cucumber slices, arrange the onion slices on top and sprinkle with the chile slices
  3. Combine all the ingredients with the dressing, mixing well
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt
  5. Pour the dressing over the onions and cucumbers and refrigerate a few hours or overnight if possible to allow flavors to blend.
