Easy Fried Noodles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb tomatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 lb chinese noodles
  • 1 lb mince beef
  • 1/4 lb middle bacon
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 md onion
  • 2 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp sambal oelek*
  • 4 oz fried rice paste*
  • 1/4 tsp dried shrimps(ebi)*
  • Some salt and pepper

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Dice and brown the onion, whilst boiling the noodles in another container
  2. Add mince and diced bacon to cooked onions and brown
  3. Soaked the fried rice paste then add tomatoes, dried shrimps,sambal oelek, and sweet soy sauce. Mix well
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Drain the noodles. Add tomato paste and Chinese noodles to cooked mince
  6. Mix together. Bring to even heat and serve.
