INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb shrimps, peel
- 1/2 fresh shredded coconut
- 1 piece bay leaf
Spices:
- 4 shallots
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 red chillies
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 inch galangal
- 1 inch kunyit (curcumae domestica val.)
- salt and sugar to taste
- banana leaves for wrap
STEP BY STEP:
- Blend all spices ingridients into a mortar or an electric blender. Set aside
- Mix all shrimps, coconut, and spices above, stir thoroughly
- Take one piece of banana leaf, put the dough as well as 1 pieces of salam leaf
- Steam for 15 minutes or more. Serve with steam rice.
