INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pkg lipton rice & sauce
  • 1 pkg chicken & Parmesan Risotto
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 oz crabmeat

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Boil in medium saucepan, water, butter and Rice & Sauce - Chicken & Parmesan Risotto
  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes
  3. Stir in thawed and dried spinach and crabmeat and continue simmering 2 minute or until rice is tender and crabmeat is heated through.

TIPS:

For crabmeat you can use any kind, such as: Jumbo Lump, Lump, Backfin, Claw Meat, and or Special.
