INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pkg lipton rice & sauce
- 1 pkg chicken & Parmesan Risotto
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
- 6 oz crabmeat
STEP BY STEP:
- Boil in medium saucepan, water, butter and Rice & Sauce - Chicken & Parmesan Risotto
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes
- Stir in thawed and dried spinach and crabmeat and continue simmering 2 minute or until rice is tender and crabmeat is heated through.
TIPS:
For crabmeat you can use any kind, such as: Jumbo Lump, Lump, Backfin, Claw Meat, and or Special.
