INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb crab meat
- 10 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 stick celery sliced thinly
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1 tbsp milk
- a pinch old bay
STEP BY STEP:
Put it all in a bowl, oven it in the microwave and cook on high one minute. Stir it and nuke it for another minute and a half. Stir it out into a clean bowl. Serve it with slices of toasted Italian
