INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz Ahi, cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp shoyu
- 1 tbsp ogo, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp panko
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp flour for dipping
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup wasabi aioli
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsps wasabi ailoi
- pinch salt and pepper
STEP BY STEP:
- Whisk all ingredients together
- Mix Ahi, mayonnaise, green onions, ogo, shoyu, sesame oil, panko and dill
- Form small cakes. Dust with flour
- Heat salad oil in pan and cook cakes about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown
- Place atop salad and spoon wasabi ailoi on top.
