INGREDIENTS:
- 6 oz fresh scallops
- 1/2 cup red Dengaku miso
- 4 yuzu oranges
- 4 white hime radishes
- 4 tsp Moro miso
STEP BY STEP:
- Cut the fresh scallpos quartered, mix with Dengaku miso
- Remove all of yuzu' top and reserve as a lid
- Hollow out the rest of the yuzu carefully and fill each with some of the scallop mixture. Set the lid aside and bake the filled yuzu in a 350 degree F for 15 minute
- Meanwhile, peel the radish, boil in lightly salted water until soft, drain and cool in iced water
- Place a yuzuwith its lid on each serving dish, put miso on it. Serve.
TIPS:
You can use shrimps otherwise scallops. Yuzu orange can be replaced with mandarin orange
