INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar (heaping)
  • 1 slab pork ribs cut in half
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Preparation: Mix the green onions, sesame seeds, sugar, pepper, garlic and soy sauce together.
  2. Place ribs in baking dish and pour sauce, covering all ribs evenly.
  3. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
  4. Cut ribs and serve immediately.
