INGREDIENTS:
- 7 oz soybean
- 8 cup water
- 1 tsp sesame seed
- 2 tbsp pine nut
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 bundle udon noodle or somyun
- 1/2 ea cucumber
- salt
- pear, shredded
- tomato
STEP BY STEP:
- Clean soybeans and boil for ten minutes. Turn off the stove and leave it soaked for two hours
- Meanwhile, pour hot water over walnuts for easy peel. Peel soybean in cold water
- Put the soybean into a blender with 2 cups of water, peeled walnuts, sesame seeds, pine nuts
- Boil noodle until done. Cool with water and drain. Place noodle bundles in noodle bowls
- Mix 6 cups of water with blended mixture, and add alt for taste. Pour into noodle bowls
- Put shredded cucumber, shredded pear(optional) or cut tomatoes on top of noodle.
TIPS:
This is a good recipe during summer. Water should be cold, and if you like it really cool, add ice cubes. Not recommended to people or kids who don't like distinctive bean smell.
