INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 lb short ribs
  • 1/2 cup shoyu
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 inch cube ginger, finely sliced
  • 2 stalks green onion, fine chop
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Slice meat 1/8 inch away from bone, leaving bone attached. Crisscross meat to break fibers and allow marinade to penetrate
  2. Combine sauce ingredients and marinate meat for a minimum of 1 hour. Broil or barbecue to desired doneness.
