INGREDIENTS:
- 6 oz grounded meat
- 10 oz frozen peas & carrots
- 5 oz frozen corn
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
STEP BY STEP:
- Add soy sauce to ground meat mix. Beat eggs, add green onion and 1-2 T water
- Heat oil. When hot, add meat and fry until color changes
- Add vegetables and mix well. Finally add egg and cook, stirring, until egg is done. Season with salt.
