INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup potato starch flour
  • 1/4 white rice flour
  • 1/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1-1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water or more as needed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 generous teaspoon baking powder

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Measure all dry ingredients in a sealed container and shake to mix
  2. Add oil and water to mix. Let the dough rest 10 minutes for easier handling
  3. Divide dough and roll into 10 to 12 balls. Flatten a ball slightly and place in the press and follow the press instructions
  4. Cook 30 seconds on each side, but check and see if the press cooks on both sides at once.
