INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp salad oil
  • 2 tbsp shoyu
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • fresh prawns or frozen shrimp, thawed

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Marinate shrimp with shoyu, ginger, garlic, cilantro, sugar, and sesame oil for 15 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator
  2. Heat oil in pan, add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes
  3. Add vegetables and let cook another 3-5 minutes
  4. Pour over rice and garnish with green onions.
