INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Lt.brown sugar; firmly packed
- 1/4 cup sugar; granulated
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup butter;or margarine, softened
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 pkg instant pudding; 4 serving.size*
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
STEP BY STEP:
- Butter Pecan, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Vanilla, etc. Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in the eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff.).
- Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes.
