Valentine's Day Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup Lt.brown sugar; firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup sugar; granulated
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup butter;or margarine, softened
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 pkg instant pudding; 4 serving.size*
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Butter Pecan, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Vanilla, etc. Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in the eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff.).
  2. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes.
