INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 16 oz canned fruits, drained
STEP BY STEP:
- Cream oil, sugar and eggs together. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into greased 8 x 11 inch glass baking dish
- Add canned or sliced fresh fruit such as peaches, apples, or raisins
- Mix with all the other ingredients and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve with milk and brown sugar.
